HELIX WELD
We manufacture Helixweld spirally welded tube, which is formed continuously from a coil of material and is welded automatically. The process ensures that the tube is exceptionally straight and round, well within the limits of BS3601.
The process means that tubes with a larger diameter and a thinner wall can be made rather than with conventional machine made tube.
The weld can be made with full penetration or partial penetration depending on the application.
Helix weld tube is used in many of the following industries, Agricultural, bulk handling, power stations, slurry treatment, water treatment & piling.
These can be supplied in thickness from 1.6mm to 6mm, Ranges from sizes 76mm up to 1000mm OD. Maximum length we can supply is 12mtrs Long, we can manufacture to meet your individual application.
